Get involved
The summit lasts a day. The conversation runs all year. Here is how members take part, share what works and help shape the next edition.
Four ways to take part
What members do here
Exchange ideas with peers
Swap ideas and practical lessons with peers across the live-experience sector. A theme-park operator and a trade-show organiser may have more in common than they think.
Explore research and data
Follow the research and data on how audiences and in-person engagement are changing, and test it against what you see in your own venues, shows and attractions.
Continue the summit conversation
Pick up the discussions started on the summit stage in Dubai and take them further, with the people who were in the room and with those who were not.
Shape future editions
Help shape the themes and content of future H2H editions. Propose a topic and make the case for what deserves time on the next stage.
Getting started
How to take part
You need a run.events account and a view worth sharing. Six steps take you from first visit to helping shape the next edition.
Sign in. Use your run.events account to join the H2H Community.
Complete your profile. A full profile tells peers who you are and what you work on, which makes the first conversation easier to start.
Ask Amal anything about H2H. Amal, the community's AI assistant, answers questions about the summit, its themes and the community.
Read and comment on insights. The Insights section follows how audiences and in-person engagement are changing. Add your view in the comments: a lesson from a venue may be exactly what a conference producer needs.
Connect with peers. Use Connect to reach members across exhibitions, venues, visitor attractions, conferences and event technology, and start a conversation.
Propose a topic for the next edition. Post the question you would like H2H to tackle next in the community feed. Helping shape the themes and content of future editions is part of what the community is for.
Questions
About the community
Who is the H2H Community for?
Senior leaders of exhibition organisers, venues, visitor attractions, conference producers and event-technology companies. These sectors rarely share a room, yet they face the same questions: how audiences are changing, what people expect from an in-person experience, and how AI and technology can strengthen human connection rather than replace it.
Is the community only for people who attended the summit?
No. Whether you've attended the summit or are new to H2H, the community is your place to stay connected with the people and ideas shaping the future of live experiences.
How does attendance at the summit work?
Attendance at the Human2Human Summit is by registration or invitation. A 2027 Dubai edition is planned; its date has not yet been announced. You can register your interest in the next edition now, and read what comes next for H2H.
Where can I find the community rules?
On the community rules page. They are worth a read before your first post.
Where does AI fit in?
Amal, the community's AI assistant, answers questions about H2H so you can find what you need quickly. The connections that matter are still made between members. The 2026 summit summed up its principles for AI in live experiences in one line: "AI cleans the path, humans walk it."
Who is behind H2H?
The Human2Human Summit is organised by GRS Research & Strategy. The summit brings the live-experience industry together for one day each year in Dubai, and the H2H Community keeps that conversation going all year.
